The food options are fantastic, and I loved the vibrant nightlife with plenty of bars. Check-in was a hassle; it took ages to get to my room with long lines. The casino scene is lively and engaging, making it a fun spot to unwind. My room felt a bit outdated and wasn't very clean, which was disappointing.

The casino is vibrant with plenty of games and excitement. Check-in took forever, and the elevators were often crowded and slow. The beach access is a plus.

We drove for hours in terrible weather, only to be denied early access. With tired kids in tow, it felt like the staff couldn't care less. Just a disappointing way to start our trip.

Staying in a standard oceanfront room was a delightful experience as I was just steps away from the beautiful beach and had easy access to two pools, one exclusively for adults, making it a great blend of relaxation and recreation, while also being so close to fantastic restaurants like P.F. Chang's and Cuba Libre, both less than a 10-minute walk away, plus the Tanger Outlets and Steel Pier are only about a 20-minute stroll away, perfect for a leisurely weekend exploration of Atlantic City; however, while the bathroom was updated and the bed comfy, the decor in the room could use some refreshing.

Great beach access and nice pools. Check-in was confusing and staff could be more helpful.

Cuba Libre offered an excellent dining experience, with vibrant flavors that set the tone for the evening. Tangles was the perfect prelude to our night out. The beach was a highlight, with restaurants conveniently nearby. The room, however, left much to be desired. I faced cleanliness issues and was given a side view instead of the promised ocean view, with dirty windows to boot. Customer service varied—some staff were diligent while others fell short, particularly at the front desk. Elevators were painfully slow, and miscommunication regarding pool hours was frustrating. Given these inconsistencies, it’s a mixed bag. I recommend caution if you choose to stay.

Great selection of games in the casino and a variety of dining options. The room in the Havana Towers was lovely, but it felt far from everything, especially the pool. Navigating the hotel and garage was confusing and exhausting; there are no stairs, so prepare for long walks. The staff was hit or miss—some were pleasant, while others seemed indifferent. The bathroom needed maintenance, and the shower pressure was lacking. Late dining options and long elevator waits on checkout added to the stress. An enjoyable experience in some ways, but not enough to outweigh the frustrations.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was acceptable.

The view from the window reminds you that you’re on vacation. The fridge in the room is great for midnight snacks and keeps things chilled.

The bathroom could use a serious scrub.

Tropicana Casino and Resort features a superb location, ideal for those attending events. The variety of restaurants was enjoyable, and overall the room was pleasant. air conditioning issues and a confusing layout marred the experience. Still, the resort offers much to do for families.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I also loved the fact that there were plenty of dining options available right in the hotel itself. It made it so convenient to grab a bite to eat without having to go far. Now, onto the not so great parts. Checking in took forever because there were only two people working at the front desk. It was a bit frustrating having to wait for so long. the self-parking situation was a bit of a nightmare. It was so confusing trying to find our way back to the car, and we ended up having to walk up multiple hills in the parking garage. Definitely not a fun experience. One more thing that bothered me was the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dusty, and the windows were so dirty that I could barely see the ocean view. Not to mention, there were roaches in the room, which was a major turn off. while the Tropicana Casino had its good points like comfy beds and convenient dining options, it fell short in areas like long check-in times, confusing parking, and cleanliness issues. I hope they can improve these aspects for a better guest experience in the future.

Staying right on the boardwalk offered us incredible views of the ocean, and we loved being just a quick stroll away from popular spots like the African American Heritage Museum and the Tanger Outlets, making it easy to soak in the vibrant city atmosphere; the hotel itself had a variety of dining options and shopping stores, adding to the convenience of our stay, but I wish the West Tower rooms could use some updating for a more comfortable experience.

We hit the jackpot at the casino, making it the raddest night ever. The Quarter had the sickest vibes for hanging out after tearing up the slot machines. With tons of games and a sick pool, we were living the dream the whole time!

The beds were comfortable, which was a relief. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, but the room itself left much to be desired. Peeling wallpaper, scratches on furniture, and holes in the wall were disappointing. Noise was a significant issue; I could hear everything from the hall, including shouting and doors slamming. Temperature control was ineffective; the heater blew cold air despite adjustments. The cleanliness was questionable, with dust gathering in corners. Limited amenities like hand towels and a lack of ice on our floor made for an inconvenient stay.

Had a blast at this spot! The nightlife was on fire, with cool gambling spots and clubs to hit up. The restaurants? Pricey but so worth it for the top, notch chow. Plus, the location was ideal, right by the beach and the bustling boardwalk that you just gotta stroll down. The room we finally landed on was pretty sweet, with a comfy bed and killer views of the city and even a slice of the ocean peeking through the skyline. And let me tell you, catching that sunset through those big windows was a game, changer!

Alright, gotta spill the tea on this. Check, in took forever, and finding the lobby from the garage was like a treasure hunt minus the fun.

Massive sportsbook, thrilling entertainment, unique dining options. The Quarter was charming, and the spa was a luxury, like a dream. The IMAX movie theater was a great surprise. What a place!

Disappointing rooms, dirty and stinky.

The hotel was conveniently located right outside the boardwalk and the beach, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand. Having various restaurants within walking distance was a plus, providing a variety of dining options just a few steps away from the hotel.

It was disappointing to encounter issues with hot water taking up to 4 minutes to warm up, as well as leaks in the bathroom that required placing towels around the toilet. Additionally, the room discrepancies and lack of response from staff regarding cleanliness concerns were off-putting.

We had a seamless check-in experience at Tropicana Casino And Resort, with the front desk staff, particularly Jose, making it a breeze. the recently remodeled room was stunning, boasting a spacious bathroom. the entire staff was cheerful and ready to assist. the resort's convenience was unparalleled, offering a wide array of restaurants, bars, and shopping options all under one roof. the mix of stores, entertainment, and dining venues provided a complete experience without the need to venture far from the comfort of the resort. staying right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach was a definite highlight.

Everything great 😊

The Havana, inspired entertainment area called the Quarter is a stand, out feature. Our family enjoyed the huge casino, with tables, slots, & Asian games.

My wife says that more kid, friendly dining options are needed.

During our two-night stay as bike riders, we had a blast at Tropicana Casino And Resort in Atlantic City. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the beach, outlets, and all the boardwalk attractions. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered, including free Wi-Fi in rooms, the outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, a game room, and a fitness center. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. The comfortable bed was an absolute dream to sleep in. Staff members Joseph and RaKeem were outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Being placed in the wrong tower, which meant we didn't have the best view of the beach. However, considering the multitude of activities available within the building, this was a minor inconvenience.

The corner view from the west tower was stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. The Starbucks right by the elevator was super convenient, and the friendly check-in staff made us feel welcome. The family fun center may be small, but it kept the kids entertained, and Carmine's restaurant offered delicious family-style dining. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a great night's sleep.

Felt great, no complaints at all!
